Justice is a professional Hairstylist and Lash Artist. After growing up in a salon she developed and grew her own passion for all things beauty at a young age. Justice pursued her education and graduated from Professional Salon Academy in Bemidji Mn. It is vital to her to stay educated on todays trends in order to give each client their desired look! She views her work as a true form of art and finds pure joy in helping others feel and look their best!
Mariah Kern
Mariah has been a part of the hair industry since she was 15. She found her love for the salon while being a receptionist in high school for a local salon. After graduating from Aitkin High School she started her career studying the art and design of hair at Regency Beauty Institute in Duluth, MN. She fell in love with meeting the best people while making them feel better about themselves and creating a plan for each individual client that will fit their lifestyle. She’s excited to be back in her hometown doing what she loves.

Clair Taylor
Clair's love of hair began as a child, So it was no surprise when she decided to attend Minnesota Cosmetology School at the age of 18. Now, with over 30 years of experience, She specializes in all hair color techniques and haircuts that allow her clients to exude both inner and outer beauty. understanding that each client is unique led her to customize hair colors and cuts that reflect the individual's personal style. With that in mind it is her belief that "Hair is the statement piece your wear every day, so why not create a look that is just as unique as you!"
Anna Carlson
Anna is a Licensed Esthetician whose goal is to make everyone feel confident in the skin they're in. She is an Aitkin High School graduate who first went on and obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Concordia College. After graduating there, she started her esthetics journey by going to school at the Model College of Hair Design. She is passionate about talking to clients about their goals and loves the journey of finding what is the best way to achieve them.
Lacey Spolarich
Hair has always been part of my story. I grew up in a salon, surrounded by family doing hair, learning early on that hair is about so much more than how you look—it’s about confidence, care, and connection.
I followed that passion to cosmetology school in Wadena, Minnesota, graduating in 2005, and have been grateful to spend my career doing what I love.! As a stylist, wife, and mom of three, I understand how meaningful it is to slow down and take a moment for yourself.
My chair is a calm, welcoming space where you can relax, feel heard, and feel truly cared for. I’m passionate about creating personalized looks that reflect who you are and support you in every season of life.
