Out of respect for our stylists and their time, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. With consideration to busy schedules, confirmation texts and emails are sent 24 hours in advance, in hopes of allowing ample time to make adjustments to personal schedules.
